In a small fishing village in northern Baja, famed Chef Javier Plascencia quietly cooks an ocean feast with a seaside cook, Lorena López, in her tiny restaurant and they pack it full like a can of sardines.

The understated event was pure Javier style, rustic, elegant, delicious and delivering on all fronts of hospitality with live Norteño music, craft beer, local wine and mezcal.
